Written by Jeff Epstein, editor of Citizens’ Media TV
Citizens’ Media TV’s motto is “Journalism for the ignored.” Our goal is and has always been to stand up for the powerless without tearing anybody down in the process. The truth may tear them down, but that’s not up to us.
We have now been working for one-and-a-half years on an almost-exclusively volunteer basis. We have written well over a hundred articles and filmed hundreds of hours of videos and livestreams. Our full story is on our Patreon page, describing how we got started and what we have accomplished.
If you value our coverage, then we need your financial assistance in order to continue. What’s most important is that we do this in a way that does not compromise our integrity. That’s where you come in. We hope that what we have accomplished demonstrates that we are ready for this, and that your money will go towards good work and a greater purpose.
How you can support Citizens’ Media TV: Contribute or buy a tchotchke
Please consider becoming a monthly patron at Patreon: Patreon.com/CitizensMediaTV. There are many different rewards available, depending on the level that you can afford. To be perfectly honest, monthly contributions are what are required to survive in the long-term. (Here are instructions on how to contribute on Patreon anonymously.)
Alternatively, you can make a one-time-only contribution through any of the following:
- GoFundMe: gofundme.com/citizensmediatv
- PayPal: PayPal.me/CitizensMediaTV
- Postal mail: P.O. Box XXX, Maple Shade, NJ 08052
You can also buy a t-shirt, sweatshirt, onesie, or tchotchke at our Spreadshirt store.
Finally, I have hundreds of t-shirts (a picture of which is at the top of this article) sitting in my house, preshrunk and ready to mail. Small through X-large is $30. 2X-large is $35. These are a limited quantity, but they are cheaper than in the Spreadshirt store.
You could also pay me using one of the above methods and just let me know.
