OPINION: The spin machine and the Ukraine Whistle Blower

The spin machine trying to discredit the Ukraine Whistle Blower (WB) is failing bigly. A central point the spin machine is trying to make, to discredit, is that the WB was not present during the telephone call and, thus, the report is hearsay. Apparently, 10 to 20 observers were on drop phones (including in the Situation Room (A SCIF). Big deal. For “not present” to stick, we must invalidate, essentially, every intelligence summary or report. None of those analysts were present in any intelligence gathering effort that took place behind “enemy lines” either. The WB report could be (and should be) considered an “After Action Report”. The spin machine has failed, again.
