Senate recinds regulation protecting internet privacy, in a way that forbids it from ever being implemented again.

Last year, the Obama administration implemented a regulation that allowed Internet Service Providers to sell its customer’s browsing data, but only after getting permission to do so. The Senate just repealed that regulation, with the additional restriction that no future regulations of this kind may ever be implemented again.
